Regis Flaherty is the director of The Gilmary Center, a Catholic retreat center in western Pennsylvania. He has 30 years of experience in working with Catholic organizations. His articles have appeared in national and diocesan publications including Lay Witness, New Covenant, Celebrate Life, National Catholic Register, The Pittsburgh Catholic, Catholic Vision, and Our Sunday Visitor. Regis has appeared on several radio and television programs including, EWTN Bookmark, The Abundant Life with Johnnette Benkovic, and Searching the Word with Chuck Neff. He is a frequent speaker to Catholic gatherings on the topic of lay spirituality, and along with his wife, Libbie, teaches pre-marriage and marriage enrichment classes. Regis resides in Pittsburgh with his wife and four chidren.
